The “User ID” column on the NALP & ABA Format Reports is a unique identifier used to indicate the student whose data is represented in each row. The IDs double as each student's 12Twenty ID.
Below are two options for identifying students using the User IDs listed on the reports.
- Copy an ID number from the report. Navigate to any student’s profile on your platform, and replace the student ID in the URL (the string of numbers after “studentId=” in the URL) with the copied ID. You will land on the student’s profile.
- Alternatively, you can filter for the specific grad year on the Student Directory, use the Action button to export your view, and the 12Twenty ID of each student will be included in column A of your exported file. This may be easier if you want to quickly ctrl+find each student using their ID value.
