Q: I have created a Career Center User role for a student worker. Permissions are enabled for accessing the student profile and for managing students, but our student worker cannot view the directory - what did we miss?
A: The setting "user can access student tracking" must be enabled for a student worker with a Career Center user role to be able to access and interact with the Student Directory.
