This article will highlight how admins can view, download, approve, reject or request updates/changes to student resumes.
On the Candidate Search page admins can use the ellipsis icon next to a students name to accomplish the following:
View Resume: This option will open the students resume in a new window. To view the resume that the student uploaded select View Resume after selecting the ellipsis icon.
Download Resume: This will download the PDF file resume the student uploaded. To download the resume select Download Resume after selecting the ellipsis icon.
Approve Resume: Approved Primary Resumes are the resumes that employers are able to view and download on Candidate Search. To approve, select Approve Resume after selecting the ellipsis icon.
Request Updates: To request updates be made to the resume, select Request Updates after selecting the ellipsis icon. On the new window that appears, let the student know of the updates needed and select "Request Updates". This information will be sent to the student as an email.
Reject Resume: If the resume that was submitted does not meet the standards set by the Career Center, reject the resume by choosing Reject Resume from the ellipsis icon. On the new window that appears, enter the reason for the rejection and select "Reject". This information will be sent to the student as an email.
