Employers can be added to your platform through a variety of ways:

  1. Admin users can add an Employer to the Employer Directory. To learn how to add a new Employer, click here.

  2. An employer user that is signing up to your platform will be asked to associate themselves with their Employer. If the Employer value does not yet exist on your platform (or they do not choose an employer from the auto-populated list that appears as they type), a pending employer value is created.

  3. When a student is entering an outcome, they are asked which Employer they are working for. All Employers associated with your platform will auto-populate as options. If the student enters a new Employer value (or does not choose an employer from the auto-populated list that appears as they type), a pending employer value is created.

  4. Student users can also add a pending Employer by adding the Employer to their Targeted Employers list.
