Creating a Virtual Appointment


Creating a virtual zoom appointment is easy- simply select the "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button when creating an appointment block or booking a single appointment.


If this is the first time using the 12Twenty Zoom integration, you will be prompted for your username and password. Otherwise, your personal meeting room will be associated with the appointment.

What Do Students and Alumni See?


Upon booking a virtual zoom appointment, students and alumni will see the zoom logo and the advisors personal meeting room URL. This URL will be added to the "Location" field of the calendar sync object and .ICS file, along with any notifications.




Where Can Users Manage Their Zoom Integration?


A user can manage their Zoom integration via the "Account Settings" section of the site, right below calendar sync.
